Sue Weaver, M.Ed, LAC
Therapist
When feeling the need for help emotionally, reaching out for support can be very difficult. This is why my main objective in working with clients is to make them feel comfortable and understood. My therapy techniques take a collaborative, holistic approach so that I can understand my client and provide them with measurable, long-lasting change for an improved overall state of well-being. My training is in mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapy. We will work to change unhelpful thinking and behavioral patterns and use mindfulness techniques such as breath work, meditation, and relaxation. Making the decision to come to therapy and trusting another person with the events or difficulties surrounding your life is not an easy one. My goal is to make you feel as comfortable as possible so that we can work together to find the best path for your overall wellness
