Julie Ilowiecki, M.S.Ed., LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey and Delaware with more than 12 years of clinical experience. She earned her Masters of Science in Education in Mental Health Counseling from Alfred University in 2012.

Julie's experience includes working with survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, individuals living with severe mental illness, and children and families affected by trauma. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and is certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

  Julie’s therapeutic work focuses on empowering clients to strengthen their relationships with themselves and others by establishing healthy boundaries and enhancing communication skills, all within a supportive and nonjudgmental environment.  

Committed to providing trauma-informed, evidence-based care, Julie brings compassion, professionalism, and clinical expertise to her practice. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, children, and fur child.
